- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As a temporary patient who has only been to this practice twice, I must congratulate the reception as they are brilliant and helpful. My first visit was smooth but my recent experience has changed my opinion. Dr Conway just constantly sighed at me and made me feel very belittled. His attitude wasn't nice and I wouldn't recommend seeing him as he wasn't helpful and sent me back out to see a nurse instead. There was no need for his behaviour. In saying this I think his behaviour shouldn't put me off going back i just know to ask for someone different. Again reception are very helpful!by Kathryn LouiseJuly 23, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Extremely poor service. As a visitor from another country I phoned ahead to make sure the clinic could help me. Not only did I find out after a lengthy wait that they were unable to help me but that the doctors are also extremely rude and unsympathetic. Dr Connelly spent the entire appointment huffing and sighing like I was causing him problems and had an extremely offputting attitude. The only positive part of the experience was the pleasant receptionists that helped me fill out the necessary paperwork due to it not being my regular GP.by Rivenzi WhiteJanuary 27, 2017
